I started my career in hospitality working as a waitress at Galvin La Chapelle, and then became part of their mobilisation team, leading the opening of Galvin Hop.

I joined BaxterStorey as a support manager at one of our largest sites, managing a team of 11. During this time, I helped launch the fine dining floor as well as multiple hospitality and wine tasting menus. I also helped mobilise one of BaxterStorey’s first in-house bars – we had a lot of fun!

After the success of these launches, I was tasked with overseeing a new client, expanding my team to 16. I then got offered to move to one of BaxterStorey’s flagship sites in Shoreditch, as hospitality manager. I got involved in some great projects, from designing new menus to building online booking systems, transforming the client experience.

During the pandemic, I completed my Mental Health First Aid training to help prepare me for my teams return to the office. I’ve since been promoted to general manager and have recently taken on the role of account manager, looking after a team of 30. Whether I’m planning the next Summer staff party with graze boards and DJs, or organising street food pop ups with Oishi Don or My Pie, there’s always something fun going on!

In 2022, I was awarded an Acorn Award, something I am extremely proud of.

I’m super excited for the future and what’s to come!
