Creating Safe
Food Experiences
For Your Teams
And Ours Everyday

The safety of our customers and our teams has always been and remains at the top of our agenda. COVID-19 has brought new challenges and we have responded wholeheartedly with our COVID SAFE food procedures. These ensure everyone is kept safe whilst enjoying delicious food during the pandemic and beyond. Our taskforce was set up at the start of the pandemic. This included our subject matter experts, operators and chefs to make sure we were always one step ahead.

This work also informed our support to UK Hospitality and the industry. We dedicated time to creating new operating procedures. These ensured safe environments whilst keeping to our core principles of local, sustainable and fresh. More importantly we innovated, creating new ways to support our clients, customers and teams to ensure food remained an integral part of the workplace.

Keeping you and
your teams safe

We recognise the enormous impact these challenging times have had on us all. As our restaurants reopen, staying connected and responsive is one way we remain committed to supporting our customers, clients and colleagues through these times.

We make sure our expert resource supports our industry. Our Health and Safety Director, Michael Reilly has played an integral part in advising UK Hospitality on the practical steps to create SAFE FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS. All of our clients have access to Michael’s expertise. Our Health and Safety team are continually adapting our safe operating procedures to make sure every element of service is covered.

Creating new ways of supporting our clients was extremely important to us. Hospitality and workplace foodservice changed overnight, from new menus and service needs, through to a work from home culture. We took the opportunity to challenge the status quo, invest in new service opportunities and create new ways to BRING HOSPITALITY TO LIFE to make sure we added value for our clients.

In 2020 we were proud to partner new clients who recognised our ability to support them in creating COVID SAFE WORKPLACES. Mobilisations continued to happen and were managed in a safe and secure manner. We set up new procedures, created new inductions, all whilst ensuring smooth transitions, to keep your teams fuelled throughout the day with a safe, tailored service offer.
