GUAVA MATCHA FIZZ
Ingredients
Sweetbird Fusions lime and pink guava syrup (with Vitamin C)
Sparkling water
1 tsp (2g) Perfect Ted matcha
60ml of hot water at 60-80 degrees celsius
Method
1. Fill half a glass with ice.
2. Add 2 pumps of Sweetbird Fusions lime & pink guava syrup, or similar.
3. Add sparkling water and leave space for matcha.
4. In a chawan (bowl), whisk matcha and hot water until smooth and foamy.
5. Layer your matcha on top.
6. Garnish with a slice of lime.
