This January, our executive team hit the road for our regional huddles, serving up creativity, inspiration and bold ideas straight to our teams. For the third year running, we gathered our tastemakers and industry shakers – from chef managers and account directors to operations and chef managers – under one roof. We don’t just talk about empowering our teams. We make it happen.

Together, we celebrated our epic 2024, gave our teams a taste of what’s ahead for 2025, and discussed our five-year plan. Each huddle was packed with fresh-thinking ideas and game-changing insights – from our evolving food strategy and launch of our next-level retail strategy to financial updates and beyond.

Our support teams were right there with us, leading interactive learning stands and covering everything from brand, comms & marketing and supply chain to learning & development, resourcing, inclusion networks, and more.

As our CEO Ronan Harte put it, “Our people are our greatest asset.” So of course, it wouldn’t be a BaxterStorey event without celebrating them. Across the regions, we handed out over 50 awards of recognition to those pushing boundaries and making a difference for our customers, clients, teams and business.

Because we’re food-Obsessed, we kept our teams fuelled all day long with refreshments and a mouthwatering spread of food and beverage.

The huddle roadshow didn’t stop at one location. We travelled across London, Ireland, Scotland and North, South East, South West, and Central, and for the first time, our Travel region! Every team member went home with a BaxterStorey-branded goody bag with the merch to match and a huddle guide packed with all the must-know info.

2025 is cooking up to be our best year yet!
