Learning with Impact: BaxterStorey Retains LPI Gold standard
At BaxterStorey, we’re always looking for ways to raise the bar, so we’re delighted to share that we’ve once again achieved Gold Accreditation from the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI). Better still, this is our third year of accreditation and our second consecutive year at Gold standard.
The LPI’s assessment recognised the strength of our Learning & Development team across a range of areas, including culture, skills, data, leadership and learning infrastructure. Highlights included outstanding scores for Infrastructure (95%), Culture (90%), and Skills (87%).
The assessment report recognised the team’s strength in turning learning into real impact, highlighting initiatives such as Transforming Career Conversations and Hospitality 360, which bring together a shared understanding of what hospitality means at BaxterStorey and how we bring it to life every day for clients, customers and each other. The assessment also recognised the strong partnerships we’ve built across the business and the wider WSH Group, alongside our commitment to helping people learn, grow and be their best.
Hannah Carter, Head of Learning & Development, said: « This was very much a collective effort, and I am incredibly proud that we have been recognised in this way.
« The transformation taking place through our career conversations is improving talent and development for our teams. This investment in our people is essential to support both our own business, but is also an important part of our commitment to the wider hospitality industry.
« Retaining Gold Accreditation is a brilliant recognition of the passion, creativity and expertise our team brings every day. Learning plays such an important role in helping our people grow, build careers and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients, and we’re excited to keep pushing forward. »
