We’ve moved beyond ‘reasonable adjustments’, embracing a more proactive approach to workplace support that helps our people thrive. Inclusion isn’t left to one team, our inclusion networks or an initiative – it’s owned across our leadership, embedded into decision-making at every level. With powerful new HR tech, we’re also turning data into action – giving us sharper insights and helping us better understand our people and how we can support them even better.
