Introducing Rubén, the culinary maestro who’s taken his talents from Spain to kitchens worldwide. Starting as a Sous Chef at BaxterStorey’s flagship location in the Netherlands, Rubén’s culinary journey spans the United States and the Netherlands. With a degree in restaurant management under his belt, he now leads as Chef Manager at a location in Amsterdam’s vibrant Zuidas district, specializing in plant-based cuisine.

Marjolein is the epitome of hospitality excellence. Starting her journey at BaxterStorey in 2017 as a General Assistant at the Cosun Beet Company, she quickly rose through the ranks. As the Cosun Innovation Center grew busier, her cooking talents saw her take to the stoves as our location Chef, and within a year, she advanced to Manager. Marjolein has thrived in this role ever since. A true hospitality maestro, delivering first-class service!

Hanna is the true definition of a rising star. After years in the hospitality industry, she joined the BaxterStorey team as Assistant General Manager. Just a year later, she’s now running the show at one of our flagship sites, creating hospitality experiences. We can’t wait to see what she conquers next!

Meet Gosia, a standout talent who recently began her BaxterStorey journey at one of our prestigious law firm locations as Banqueting Manager. Her eye for detail and passion for food shone through, earning her a promotion to Assistant General Manager. From working with food to organizing events and creating memorable moments for clients, Gosia is dedicated to making every experience extraordinary.

Don is a rockstar, having been a valued member of the BaxterStorey team since 2018. With a wealth of experience spanning various locations, Don has truly mastered the BaxterStorey way of cooking. This year, he embraced a new challenge as a Chef at a brand-new location, focusing on banqueting and hospitality. No stranger to the high-paced environment of a professional kitchen, Don tackles every task with gusto and a contagious smile, making sure we delight our customers.

When we talk about dedication, Mohamed comes to mind. He’s our exceptional Kitchen Porter, whose work ethic knows no bounds. With remarkable organization skills, Mohamed ensures the smooth operation of the back of house every day. But it’s not just about the work—he brings an infectious energy and is wholeheartedly positive.
