BaxterStorey welcomes Chris Mitchell as Chief Operating Officer
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Mitchell as chief operating officer, as we continue to grow, evolve and push the boundaries of what hospitality can be.
This newly created role reflects both the scale of our ambition and our commitment to investing in exceptional leadership as we enter the next chapter of our journey, building on several record-breaking years for the business.
As COO, Chris will oversee operations across our UK, Ireland and Netherlands businesses, helping us stay connected, aligned and focused on what matters most: delivering outstanding hospitality experiences for our clients and customers. Working alongside our talented teams, Chris will help us build on the incredible momentum of recent years, championing the values, culture and entrepreneurial spirit that continue to drive our success and set us apart.
Chris joined WSH in 2024 as part of the Group Genuine acquisition and has already made a significant impact across the business. He is widely respected for his ability to bring people together, build high-performing teams and create environments where both colleagues and clients can thrive.
