1. Don’t just learn, earn! Apprenticeships aren’t just about hitting the books; you’re getting real-world vocational experiences while receiving an income. Meaning no big university or college fees debt.

2. The possibilities are endless! Our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship programme gives apprentices the opportunity to soak up all the operational wisdom from culinary to marketing, finance to HR; supported by a diverse team sharing their wisdom and guidance. We love to champion ambition and our programmes are designed to create future leaders in hospitality.

3. Gain professional qualifications. From customer service specialist and digital marketer to rocking a level 5 manager title – our apprenticeships offer industry recognised certifications and can be equivalent to GCSEs or even a degree or masters! It doesn’t matter if you have been a chef manager for over ten years or an HR admin assistant for six months, if you are ready for a new challenge, we’re ready to help!

4. One size fits all – anyone can be an apprentice! Whether you’re 17 or 69, it’s never too late to start an apprenticeship. We currently have 230 people doing apprenticeships in our business, ranging from new-starters to long-serving team members. Our impressive catalogue of apprenticeships available means there is something for everyone – age is just a number when comes to unlocking your potential!

5. Your manager’s got your back. We want to see our team members develop from within. With the support of your manager and the guidance of our training providers, our apprentices have regular catch-ups and tailored learning.
