Our ED&I journey is ours and ours alone. We will never settle, and we will never stop the work required to make our business, and the wider world, a fair and equitable place. We will never assume that the work is done, and our journey completed as we want to constantly evolve and challenge ourselves so we can blaze our own ED&I trail. It is important that our teams have a voice and get to drive change and that is why we have inclusion networks.

is our Women in Hospitality Network. They come together to ‘knead’ out the big topics, encourage vulnerable conversations and share experiences.

WOW

is our Ways of Wellbeing network. The health and wellbeing of our teams is a non-negotiable for us. Every aspect of wellbeing that impacts our team members is supported, including physical, financial, career, social and community wellbeing.

SHINE

is our network supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and other sexualities and gender minorities. We believe in fostering an environment where all our team members can thrive and be their authentic selves.

DIVE IN

is our network focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIEB). Team members come together and focus on identifying ways for us to be more innovative, courageous and ambitious in integrating DIEB across our business.

is where your raw talent is honed into craft. In collaboration with the UK Food Team and experts from across the business, it helps chefs become true taste champions. Modern, challenging, multicultural and vibrant, it’s created to inspire.

Beverage Academy

has been developed by marvel makers and coffee connoisseurs, Jana and Chloe. Tampering knowledge, extracting potential and teaching teaching game-changing skills to revolutionise the beverage game for our customers morning, noon and night. If you sip it, we teach it.

Leadership Academy

heaps upon you all the skills you’ll need to be an inspiring manager or leader. Here, you’ll discover how to command respect without demanding it, learning many textbook techniques plus a wok-load of tips from our tutors’ own vast experience.
