25ml gingerbread syrup
50ml double cream
Gingerbread man and whipped cream, for a garnish (optional)
Gingerbread Syrup Ingredients
To make the ginger syrup, add all the ingredients to a pan, then bring to the boil until infused.
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake well with ice.
Double strain into a stem glass.
Garnish with whipped cream and a gingerbread man.
