RONAN

From chefs’ whites to CEO, Ronan is the perfect example of how far the hospitality industry can take you. Despite his steely focus on delighting the customer, Ronan still likes to gets his hands in the flour, driving the culture of our business from the bottom up.

Louise

Meet Louise, our powerhouse from general manager to regional managing director. She’s not just leading; she’s crushing it at the innovation game. Passionate about protecting the planet, championing social enterprises and recruiting from within. Get ready for an incredible impact when you cross paths with Louise.

Greg

Greg is a man on a mission. From creating Fuel, our Street Food Agency, to spearheading Project Knead, which aims to get 240 bakers in our business by the end of 2023, he makes big things happen that send raspberry ripples around the industry.

Tara

From purchasing assistant to head of procurement, Tara’s paving the way of our procurement path. Her mission? Protecting prices, championing our chefs’ creative freedom, putting animal welfare at the forefront and holding our partners to the highest standards, recognising we’re not just about great food; we’re about making a difference in every bite.

Michael

Our very own success story, Michael started with us as a barista. Fast forward 25 years, and he’s rocking it as operations director. Looking after a team of 270, across 28 locations, from workplace restaurants to film studios. Michael is also the chair of our WOW network, recognising the wellbeing of our teams is a non-negotiable.

Louise

Hitting her ten-year milestone with us, Louise’s journey has been a busy one since joining as operations manager. Acing a Project Management apprenticeship with a Distinction in her pocket, she’s now project director for London & South. Juggling two nationwide mobilisations, two tech re-launches, a new project in Amsterdam and two new developments!

Jana

As our Head of Coffee Development, what Jana doesn’t know about beverages isn’t worth knowing. Having started as a general assistant 11 years ago, she’s a true intenso of the coffee world. You’ll see her advocating for our very own Flat White Club as well as extracting potential from our army of bevistas on our Beverage Academy

Kieran

Recognised as Cork’s Businessman of the Year, Kieran leads our Ireland teams. He’s crafting a food revolution for his clients, serving up award-winning hospitality at racetracks, airports, zoos and workspaces everywhere from Cork to Belfast.

Emily

From sales support to key accounts, Emily’s journey has been a rollercoaster of wins and challenges. As key account manager, she leads sales pitches, nurtures a pipeline for new business growth and champions our retention strategy. Her favourite project was Sony Music where she could unleash her creativity and think outside the box.

Patricia

The definition of a rising star, Patricia started as a hospitality supervisor and is now rocking it as an Accounts Manager. Looking after 5 client contracts and 10 locations, from quirky coffee shops to large-scale events. She’s nailed contract extensions twice, no big deal and has just opened the Salvation Army HQ, which got the royal seal of approval in November!

Steve

It’s lights, camera, action as Steve’s had an epic journey with us and continues to achieve big things! From sous chef to group manager, Steve oversees our biggest film and TV studio, home to the 007 stage. Feeding construction, crew and film stars across six outlets. He’s never one to brag but he hosted the 007 screening for Aston Martin on release of No Time to Die – no biggie!

Toby

Meet Toby, our rockstar from the Graduate Programme. From head of retail to commercial manager and now head of projects, Toby’s turning visions into reality. Passionate about tech, customer flow and crafting spaces that work magic is big on Toby’s agenda.

Mal

Mal runs the show at two of ASOS’ head offices, all whilst studying for his Senior Leadership Apprenticeship MBA qualification. We can’t wait to see what he conquers next!

Jade

Meet Jade, our multi-talented maven! Jade kicked off her journey in 2016 as restaurant manager. Fast forward to 2021, she’s wearing the group manager hat and has recently donned the cape of an accounts manager, juggling two contracts. So, what’s her secret sauce? Jade aced her operations management course with a distinction!

Charlie

Charlie is making waves down at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. From rocking launch parties for local press to crafting menu masterpieces, Charlie’s culinary creativity beams through. Co-founder of RISE, our Women in Hospitality network, Charlie is on a mission to make a real difference.

Sean

Our unstoppable force and the maestro of all things learning and development! Leading the charge at our Service Academy, helping deliver our ED&I workshops and launching ‘Excellence in Hospitality’ alongside Alessandro Fasoli, Sean ensures our portfolio of learning is mind-blowingly awesome, igniting the spark of individuality among our teams.
