Protein ball

Cranberry, orange and coconut protein balls

Makes: 10 balls

Ingredients

100g sultanas
50g dried cranberries
15g cocoa powder
1 orange, zested
25g desiccated coconut
25g oats
50g honey
Drizzle of white chocolate, for topping



Method
1. Pour all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined.
2. Shape into small balls and top with a pumpkin seed, cranberry and a drizzle of white chocolate.
2. Either eat straight away or store in a cool dry place until you’re ready for a tasty snack!
