Partridge in pear tree

Partridge in a Pear Tree mocktail



Ingredients:
Ginger beer
Waste Knot apple juice
Waste Knot pear puree
Waste Knot apples, thinly sliced (garnish)

Method:

Pour the pear puree and apple juice into a shaker with some ice and shake well.

Pour into a flute, leaving a third of the glass empty.

Top with ginger beer and garnish with a thin slice of apple.
