Chai berry tea

Winter Berry Chai



Ingredients:
3 berry tea bags
1L water
Chai powder
Vanilla syrup
Cinnamon powder, if you wish

Method:

Place the teabags and boiling water in a large container and leave to cold brew overnight.

Pour 300g of the brewed tea into a steaming jug with 30g of Chai powder and a shot of vanilla syrup.

Add a little air as you steam to create a layer of foam.

Pour into a heatproof glass or cup and serve with a dusting of cinnamon powder if you wish.
